Job Details

We are looking for a Change Management and Product Enablement Lead to drive the people side of large-scale transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring new products, features, and technology releases are successfully adopted across a complex enterprise environment. The position bridges the gap between product delivery and organizational readiness by aligning communication, training, and change activities to support effective onboarding and release launches.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep working knowledge of enterprise technology platforms and upcoming feature releases to support successful implementation and adoption.
  • Lead partner and stakeholder meetings to assess the business impact of new capabilities, align on process changes, and establish standards to be communicated and followed.
  • Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Create clear, engaging communications that articulate the purpose, benefits, and expected outcomes of change initiatives.
  • Partner closely with project and program managers to embed change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Collaborate with a business technology ambassador network to drive awareness, readiness, and adoption across the organization.
  • Facilitate Q&A sessions with product and operations leaders to address questions and concerns from the user community.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and adherence to technology-related business practices, providing feedback and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience applying formal change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or Lewin.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within complex, cross-functional environments.
