RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Market Manager III to join their team in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
* Map and optimize the high-value customer journey, identifying key touchpoints for marketing intervention and sales enablement
* Drive personalization strategies across marketing channels, including direct mail, to deliver highly relevant and impactful communications to high-value customers
* Develop and maintain a suite of compelling marketing materials, including collateral, presentations, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and ROI calculators, claims, messaging, and sales tools, that clearly articulate the unique benefits and features of our lending products
* Collaborate directly with the sales team to develop playbooks, scripts, and objection handling specific to high-value customer needs and direct mail follow-up
* Provide ongoing training and support to the sales force on new product features, messaging, and competitive differentiators relevant to high-value segments
* Develop and execute targeted direct mail campaigns for high-value segments, including list segmentation, creative development, and ROI analysis
* Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (e.g., ABM, paid media, webinars, content syndication), measuring effectiveness against pipeline and revenue goals, not just lead volume
* Support with channel optimization by providing regular, data-driven reports with actionable insights for strategic pivots and budget optimization
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, product, design, business development, analytics, finance, credit, risk, legal, strategy, sales, and customer success
* Leverage deep customer insights, product expertise, channel performance data, and competitive intelligence to assist with the development of winning product positioning, messaging, and claims
* Conduct in-depth analysis of our target markets and ideal customer profile (ICP) to identify new opportunities for growth
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS required, MBA preferred
* 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing strategy and cross-functional execution
* Possess a strong background in product marketing
* Excellent analytical skills, combined with a creative mindset
* Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools to track and optimize lead hand-off and sales engagement
* Highly analytical and problem-solving orientation; Comfort with different testing methodologies and synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to analyze ROI, develop big insights, and make recommendations that unlock growth opportunities
* Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset for operationalizing complex campaigns
* A proven track record of success in driving growth through innovative and effective marketing strategies
* Experience supporting marketing efforts within complex sales cycles, particularly in a B2B or SMB financial services context.
* Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a support role, taking direction from a senior leader while owning the execution of key tasks
* A proactive, resourceful individual who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and is driven by measurable results
* Excellent verbal, written/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
