Responsibilities:
- Analyze, advise, implement, and maintain configuration changes to the client's Tapestry instance.
- Ensure effective utilization and optimization of the Epic Tapestry system to support managed care operations and population health management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Implement and configure Epic Tapestry modules such as AP Claims and Contracts, Enrollment and Eligibility, Referrals and Authorization, and Utilization Management.
- Support system enhancements to align with population health management and value-based care initiatives.
- Conduct analysis of complex workflows, identify gaps, and recommend system enhancements.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools within the Epic Tapestry module.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Epic application analyst consultant.
- Epic certification in one of the following Tapestry modules: AP Claims and Contracts, Enrollment and Eligibility, Referrals and Authorization, Utilization Management
- Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic Tapestry or similar managed care systems.
- Solid understanding of managed care processes including authorizations, referrals, care coordination, and provider network management.
- Proficiency in project, risk, or change management.
