Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Actimize Developer with a strong Java background to design, develop, and enhance financial crime prevention solutions using NICE Actimize platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Actimize SAM/RCM/WLF, custom model development, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using NICE Actimize platform including AIS, RCM, WLF, SAM, and UDM modules.
Build and enhance Actimize analytics, models, workflows, and custom plug-ins.
Develop Java-based components, batch jobs, and REST services to integrate Actimize with upstream/downstream systems.
Perform rule configuration, tuning, and optimization for detection logic.
Work closely with AML, Fraud, Compliance teams to implement business requirements.
Conduct unit testing, SIT, and UAT support for Actimize functionalities.
Work with Oracle/SQL databases for data loading, transformations, and model enhancements.
Participate in production deployment, code reviews, defect analysis, and performance improvements.
Maintain documentation for technical design, mapping, and implementations.

Required Skills

6–10+ years of experience in Actimize development (AIS, RCM, UDM, SAM, WLF).
Strong Java/J2EE development experience (Java 8+).
Hands-on experience with Actimize Designer, DART, and Modeler.
Experience with Oracle/SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and ETL/data pipelines.
Good understanding of AML, Fraud, KYC, Financial Crime domain.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Actimize RCM custom workflows.
Exposure to Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of Kafka, MQ, or message-based integration.
Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven).

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
