- Conduct manual test procedures and accurately document outcomes
- Efficiently identify, document, and track system anomalies via test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Review and assess automated test reports for accuracy and reliability
- Execute intricate SQL queries for data extraction, verification, and analytical purposes from system databases
- Collaboratively engage with Business Analysts and Software Developers to address system irregularities
- Actively contribute to team meetings by advocating for comprehensive test coverage and highlighting potential risk areas
- Rigorously maintain documentation for test procedures, outcomes, and bug reports
- Support the formulation of test summary reports and contribute to the maintenance of quality assurance standards
