Job Details

Title: Aptos Pos Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Position type: Long-term contract
Primary Responsibilities:
  • MTS: As an Aptos POS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions on the Aptos POS platform. This includes ensuring seamless integration with other retail systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems), optimizing performance, and enhancing functionality to meet client and industry requirements.
  • SMTS: In addition to the responsibilities of an Aptos POS Developer, you will act as a technical leader, guiding the team on complex development tasks, providing mentorship, and contributing to architectural decisions to enhance the overall POS solution.
Work Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in POS development with a focus on the Aptos POS platform.
  • Proven track record in retail systems integration, particularly with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
Skills:
  • Aptos POS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Aptos POS platform, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Programming Proficiency: Strong expertise in Java, .NET, and scripting languages used in Aptos POS development.
  • Retail Systems Integration: Significant experience integrating Aptos POS with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
  • Database Management: Proficiency with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and NOSQL solutions to manage POS data efficiently.
  • API and Web Services: Hands-on experience with API development, RESTful services, and integration with third-party applications.
  • Transaction Processing and Security: Expertise in payment workflows, PCI-DSS compliance, and handling secure transactions.
  • Performance Optimization: Experience identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks to ensure fast and reliable POS operations.
