Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to support and enhance our Oracle Cloud HCM environment (version 25B). This role will focus heavily on the Talent module, while also working across Learning, Payroll, Performance, and other modules as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud development and configuration, as well as experience working in enterprise-scale environments that leverage the full Oracle HCM platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud (Talent, Learning, Payroll, Performance, and more)
  • Create and update Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher/OTBI reports
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HCM-related issues across modules
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud SaaS best practices during configuration and development
  • Participate in quarterly patch review and testing cycles (specific to version 25B and beyond)
  • Support data integration activities and interface development using HDL (HCM Data Loader), REST APIs, and other tools
  • Document changes, conduct unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Developer in a Cloud SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM version 25B or similar
  • Strong knowledge of the Talent module; familiarity with Learning, Payroll, and Performance modules is a plus
  • Proficiency with HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and REST APIs
