• Ideal Experience will be 8 - 12 years
• Experienced in UAT
• Experience in End to End Test Cycles
• Develop the overall test strategy and Plan End - End Testing Activities
• Someone involved in Major programs / Big Programs
• Self-Driven and pick up things on their own to drive the project
• Ability to communicate well and deal with multiple teams to get things done
• Exp working on Salesforce / Dynamics related projects will be a plus
• Excellent communication

Requirements:

• Part of the Test Management team supporting the Transformation Program supporting the end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing for the program
• Develop the overall test strategy and plan for end-to-end testing activities.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of end-to-end test cases, ensuring that all components and systems are thoroughly tested.
• Track and manage defects discovered during end-to-end testing, ensuring they are appropriately logged, prioritized, and resolved.
• Ensure the availability of required test data and work closely with data providers or relevant stakeholders to obtain the necessary data sets.
• Prepare test progress reports, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and effectively communicate any issues or risks associated with end-to-end testing.
• Oversee and coordinate the execution of UAT test cases, ensuring that they are properly conducted and documented.
• Provide guidance and support to users during the UAT process, ensuring they understand the test scenarios and have the necessary training to execute the tests.
