Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA MDM Consultant to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, architecture, and implementation across SAP S/4HANA landscapes. This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong technical skills, and proven experience in S/4HANA data migration and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the MDM workstream for SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollouts.
  • Define and implement SAP MDM strategy, processes, and governance models.
  • Analyze and design master data objects (Customer, Vendor, Material, etc.) in S/4HANA.
  • Support data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and harmonization.
  • Work with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) and integrate with S/4HANA.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Perform data migration activities using tools like SAP Data Services, LSMW, and LTMC.
  • Develop and manage Data Quality KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide SME-level support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues during design, migration, and post-go-live.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP MDM with at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Expertise in SAP MDG, SAP Data Services, and SAP Information Steward.
  • Strong understanding of data models for business partners, materials, finance, etc.
  • Proven experience in data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Hands-on with data quality tools, data profiling, and cleansing methods.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • SAP certification in S/4HANA or MDG is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for data governance (e.g., DMBOK) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Exposure to cloud-based MDM platforms (e.g., SAP BTP MDM, Informatica MDM).
  • Experience in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
