Job Title: Mulesoft Technical Lead

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Mulesoft Technical Lead to drive end-to-end integration initiatives, particularly with Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will possess deep MuleSoft expertise, strong architectural skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integration design and development using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (v4.x).
Implement and manage integrations with Salesforce CPQ and other enterprise systems.
Design, build, and maintain API-led connectivity using ESB, APIM, Flex Gateway, and Anypoint Monitoring.
Support deployment architectures across CloudHub and RTF environments.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience with integration tools (Middleware, ESB, ETL, MDM, API Gateway).
3+ years hands-on experience with MuleSoft v4.x core components.
Proven Salesforce integration experience (preferably Salesforce CPQ).
MuleSoft Developer and Architect (Integration / Platform) certifications required.
Expertise in Microservices, EDA, SOA, and Cloud Computing architectures.
Hands-on experience with XML, BPEL, Web Services, and WS-* specifications.
Familiarity with Java/J2EE technologies.
Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with other integration tools such as webMethods, Tibco, or IBM WebSphere.
Experience leading enterprise-scale BPM or SOA implementations.
Strong background in process decomposition, data analysis, and optimization.
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
