Simphony Developer
Bravotech a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks an immediate contract Simphony Developer with proven experience in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, specifically Oracle MICROS Simphony, to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation, configuration, and optimization of our POS environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting both technical systems and end-users.
- Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle MICROS Simphony POS systems.
- Manage menu items, pricing, and product configurations to align with operational requirements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to implement updates or new features.
- Provide help desk and IT support as needed to address POS-related incidents or user requests.
- Document configurations, procedures, and best practices for future reference.
- Hands-on experience with Simphony POS (required).
- Strong understanding of menu item management and POS configuration.
- Background in IT support or help desk operations (preferred).
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
