Role Summary
We are seeking a highly driven VP IAM Sales to spearhead new business acquisition for our Identity & Access Management (IAM) services portfolio. This is a pure hunting role focused exclusively on winning net-new logos and expanding our presence in the IAM services market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for IAM services, including discovery, pitching, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Consistently build and manage a strong pipeline of new enterprise prospects.
- Identify, engage, and convert CXO-level stakeholders across target organizations.
- Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and marketing teams to ensure compelling value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain deep understanding of the IAM ecosystem, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5 7+ years of experience selling IAM services (not products), such as Identity Governance, Access Management, PAM, CIAM, MFA, SSO, Zero Trust related offerings, etc.
- Proven track record of net-new logo acquisition in the cybersecurity/IAM space.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to independently generate leads and close enterprise deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
- Experience working in a remote environment with high accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IAM services through both direct enterprise channels and strategic partnerships.
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security frameworks impacting IAM decisions.
- Exposure to large enterprise or global accounts is a plus.
