What you will do:

  • Create and maintain business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify required application capabilities
  • Analyze existing requirements, regulations, contracts, systems, and processes to ensure contract, policy, and regulatory compliance
  • Transform stakeholder input into well-crafted user stories and requirements
  • Ensure requirements are met through scenario development and test plans, including manual and automated tests
  • Plan, monitor, and lead a project to completion
  • Communicate project status, questions, and concerns with various stakeholders and the development/deployment team via in-person meetings, emails, phone calls, video conferences, and instant messaging solutions
  • Deliver products to production with a well-thought-out and validated plan designed to limit deployment and production issues
  • Communicate regularly with supervisor and peers, providing updates on project status, implementation, and the team s ability to meet project success criteria
  • Verify that the development process produces accurate validation artifacts while following software development process controls
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by the ability to learn new systems and processes, and through interaction with many different technical and business units
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Advance department processes through the promotion of change and efficiencies
  • Create project scope documents to outline project needs, including tasks, process flows, data flows, impact statements, and system changes to meet strategic initiatives

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles
  • Agile development methodology
