Work you'll do:
  • Write test plans, create test cases/ scenarios, executing manual or automated test scripts, generate test results, analyze test results, and coordinate with the development teams for bug fixes.
  • Analyze the underlying causes of performance issues and provide corrective action, as well as review and recommend improvements in existing test procedures.
  • Develop performance test plans and cases including an automated test scenario and environment for performance testing.
  • Log defects, creating defect reports, and conducting regression testing.
  • May oversee the efforts of less junior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job

    Qualifications

    Required :
  • MA/MS degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • 10+ years of experience with performance testing and reviewing business requirements and system specifications for planning the test scope
  • Experience programing in any of the following: Java, C, C++, C#, Angular, Gitlab, RHEL, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr and/or Python

This compensation range is specific to Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,658 to $ 179,431.

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
