KTA Developer/Tech lead

Jersey City, NJ (Need Onsite day 1, hybrid 3 days from office).

Contract W2- any visa is fine 

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy business process automation solutions using Kofax TotalAgility (KTA).
• Develop and customize workflows, forms, and data integration modules.
• Integrate KTA with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and document management platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
• Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.
• Manage an applications Development team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g., performance evaluations, training, and development, hiring and disciplinary actions)
• Act as backup to Applications Development Manager and serve as an advisor and coach to junior developers and analysts
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Hands on experience in integrating Tungsten TotalAgility with other applications on the input and output side including via Message Queues, Kafka, and Web-services
• Hands on experience with programming in .Net, IIS, VB and C# in a distributed Microsoft environment
• Hands on experience in creation of custom VB .Net / C# .Net based custom modules / services in Tungsten ecosystem
• For .Net, following are the skills we are looking for .Net 3.5 / 4.0, C#, ASP.NET, VBA, WCF, Web Services
• Hands on Development and Design Experience and Understanding of relevant technical areas Tungsten Total Agility , .NET and Database/SQL including de Excellent proven skills in KOFAX Total Agility, .Net and Database (Oracle / MS SQL) Experience in Cloud development stack PaaS (OpenShift) , Azure cloud & Docker will be preferred.
