We are seeking a Senior Technology Consultant (ServiceNow) with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, APM, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining custom applications tailored to client needs, along with proven ability to implement and enhance ServiceNow modules.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Scoped / Custom Applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Work with stakeholders to implement ITSM, CSM, APM modules and ensure seamless third-party integrations.
Design workflows using Flow Designer and enhance the Service Portal.
Troubleshoot and manage ServiceNow incident queues; collaborate directly with vendor support for resolution.
Partner with business users and technical teams to ensure high-quality solutions.
Provide customer-facing support with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12 15 years of IT experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, APM, and integrations.
Proficiency in Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow troubleshooting, incident management, and issue triage.
Certifications preferred: ITSM, CSM, CSA, CAD.
Excellent client interaction and communication skills.
