Electrical Systems Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power distribution, cabling, and compliance/certification processes, with proven experience in the design and development of capital equipment or complex electromechanical systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, compliant, and reliable electrical system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and integration of electrical systems for advanced capital equipment and complex electromechanical platforms.
• Develop and review schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable harness designs for power distribution and signal integrity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and certification standards (e.g., CE, SEMI S2/S8/F47).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, manufacturing, quality) to ensure system-level performance and reliability.
• Conduct risk assessments, failure analysis, and design reviews to ensure safe and robust designs.
• Drive vendor management, component selection, and documentation of design specifications.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while providing clear technical leadership.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• S. in Electrical Engineering and Masters preferred.
• 4 7 years of experience in electrical systems engineering for capital equipment or complex electromechanical systems.
• Experience with power distribution, cabling, and compliance/certification processes.
• Experience in semiconductor capital equipment industry is nice to have.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (CE, SEMI S2/S8/F47) is a plus.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
