RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Milford, CT is seeking a ServiceNow Architect with strong development and administration experience to lead the strategic design and implementation of the ServiceNow platform. This role will be instrumental in aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business and IT goals, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems, and driving platform optimization.
Responsibilities:
* ServiceNow Architect will develop strategic roadmaps for the ServiceNow platform aligned with business and IT objectives
* Architect and design ServiceNow implementations, including integrations with systems
* Oversee platform implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and maximizing platform capabilities
* Ensure seamless integration with enterprise tools to support workflow automation and data consistency
* Maintain compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards
* Monitor and optimize platform performance for scalability and reliability
* Lead custom development efforts and ensure alignment with platform standards
* As a ServiceNow Architect, you will define and support technical governance processes
* Establish and maintain architectural standards and practices
* Support the design and rollout of a platform operating model to drive adoption and outcomes
* Evaluate technical demands against platform capabilities and best practices
* Provide guidance on prototyping, configuration, coding standards, and deployment acceleration
* Remediate configurations not aligned with ServiceNow best practices
* Collaborate closely with practice owners, ITSM, and the Service Desk
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
* 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture
* Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration
* Experience in enterprise architecture and leading large-scale programs
* Strong background in cloud application technologies
* Highly collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills across technical and business teams
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
