Job Description
This position is for a Technical Analyst
- 5+ years experience in documenting requirements (Functional/Non-Functional), flowcharts and process flows.
- Experience with tools like Jira/confluence/powerpoint etc.
- Experience with gathering, validating(UAT) and incorporate the information from various sources in any given technical projects.
- Be able to track delivery of work and their milestones; and dependencies
- Be able to host brown bag and training sessions; host customer calls
- Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQl queries. Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools to design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Other requirements -
- Exposure to Agile methodology
- Good communication, documentation and team player skills
Education
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
