Oracle HCM- Enrollment Techno Functional Consultants

Key responsibilities
Functional responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders (HR and Payroll teams) to gather, document, and analyze requirements for benefits programs.
Configure and maintain benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows within Oracle HCM.
Lead and support the full Open Enrollment cycle, from configuration and testing to final production deployment.
Set up and manage life event processing to handle mid-year changes, such as new hires, family status changes, or loss of coverage.
Design and optimize Benefits Fast Formulas to manage eligibility, rates, and enrollment events.
Support testing cycles, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Technical responsibilities
Develop and manage data integrations with third-party benefits providers and downstream systems (like payroll) using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for benefits functionality.
Create and maintain data exports for benefits carriers and downstream systems using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.
Handle data loading for plan information, participant enrollments, and other benefits data using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).
Build custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher to provide data insights to HR and management.
Manage service requests (SRs) with Oracle Support to resolve complex issues
