Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Location: Boise, ID - Onsite

IMPORTANT:
1 - This is a FULLY ONSITE position. Only submit LOCAL candidates who are willing to work fully onsite, 40 hours/week in this role.

2 - Candidates must be willing and able to go to the client location for an ONSITE, IN-PERSON interview if selected for interview.

3 - Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) are critical in this role as the resource will be interacting regularly w/technical developers, architects, and managers, as well as non-technical subject matter experts, stakeholders, and project managers.



This position is for Dynamics developers who are experienced with configurations and customizations for Dynamics 365 Cloud applications. This candidate will be part of a small team (3-6 people) focused on developing a new cloud application for DMV Operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing requirements from user stories in the new system, as well as testing their own and other developers work. They will also need to engage with our product owners and occasionally business partners to ensure a full understanding of the requirements to ensure quality deployment.

The right candidate will already be fully skilled and experienced in Dynamics 365 Cloud, JavaScript, TypeScript and C# development. Solid understanding of database access, query expressions and API development/use will also be valuable.

1. Reviewing, understanding and implementing defined customer requirements.
2. Reviewing, understanding and correcting identified problems.
3. Testing and verification of operation consistent with user requirements.
4. Source Code meeting ITD quality standards and in conformance with established procedures.
5. Release of object code meeting ITD quality standards and in conformance with established procedures.
6. Interacting with technical and non-technical staff as needed in the execution of the above in an Agile/Scrum environment

This is an in-person position at the Idaho Transportation Department Chinden Campus in Boise, ID.
