Job Description:
Mandatory Skills: Core HCM, Compensation -Delivers advanced configuration and optimization of Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules. Acts as a subject matter expert across HR and Finance functions.
Responsibilities:
-Configure Core HCM and Compensation modules including business processes and eligibility rules.
-Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions
-Support annual compensation cycles and data audits.
Mentoring & Leadership:
-Coached junior consultants on compensation configuration, resulting in improved delivery quality and reduced rework.
-Led a cross-functional team during a compensation cycle redesign for a Fortune 500 client.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Worked with HR teams to align compensation structures with talent strategies.
-Collaborated with Finance for budget planning and payroll alignment.
