Salesforce Agile Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate is certified in Salesforce, experienced in Agile frameworks, and capable of managing both the scrum ceremonies and project management functions such as budget tracking, stakeholder reporting, and risk mitigation. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication, independence, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for Salesforce delivery teams, driving Agile ceremonies and ensuring the team delivers business value every sprint.
• Own project planning, execution, and delivery, including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and financial management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to clarify requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Track and report progress to leadership, providing visibility into velocity, risks, impediments, and overall health of the project.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, coach teams on Scrum principles, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and deployments, ensuring quality and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and budgets.

Required Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified (Admin, Developer, or Scrum Master Certification required).
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation, migration, or enhancement projects end-to-end.
• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, drive accountability, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing vendor relationships.
