Job Title: Publications Specialist
Location: Onsite Alpharetta, GA Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Publications Specialist to support in-house fulfillment and copy work, as well as assist with overflow during open enrollment periods. This role involves managing print specifications, coordinating with vendors, and handling mailings. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write print specifications, obtain quotes, and manage orders with outside vendors.
- Coordinate print, fulfillment, and mail projects with internal staff, clients, and vendors.
- Manage open enrollment fulfillment orders either internally or through offsite vendors.
- Track inventory, notify stakeholders about restocking or recycling needs.
- Assist with document creation using designated software for standard and custom communications.
- Communicate clearly with vendors regarding project expectations and timelines.
- Maintain accurate status updates for shipping, tracking, and fulfillment.
- Perform additional administrative or production duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and suggest process improvements.
- Proficient in English grammar, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Experience using document creation tools and software.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and products is a plus (must be acquired within 120 days if not already known).
