job summary:

We are seeking an End User Support Specialist with an active US Secret Clearance for an onsite position in the St. Louis MO area. This individual will provide support to multiple program engineering applications.


Required- Helpdesk, Desktop OS, STIG, Windows, Security+





location: St. Louis, Missouri

salary: $38 - 45 per hour

work hours: 9am to 6pm

education: Bachelors



responsibilities:


- Support classified and unclassified desktop hardware

- Conduct CVE and POAM remediation activities

- Domain account and access management.

- Perform basic network troubleshooting

- Assist with planning and conduct execution of upgrades to hardware and software

- Respond/triage help desk enquiries for OS, applications, and environment access/network issues

- Occasional 24 hour on call coverage

- Will split time between Hazelwood and Maryland Heights offices

Job Requirements - - Experience with Tier 1 helpdesk

- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or higher

- Current CompTIA Security+ Certification

- Ability to work in closed network environment

Desired Skills & Experience - - Experience with STIG activities

- Experience with Linux

- Experience with Exchange user management

- Experience with desktop image capturing and deployment

- Experience with Tapestry or Boeing

- IAT level II certification
