Overview

Our client is an award winning integrator assisting various federal agencies with transforming how they deliver their HR Services to over 500,000 employees worldwide. They are in need of a Senior-Level Peoplesoft Developer with Federal Experience to develop custom payroll solutions and remediate application defects and incidents related to the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application.

This role is based in Herndon, VA and offers a REMOTE schedule. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be s, able to pass the client's background check.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience with the following:
    • PeopleSoft Federal experience (MUST have FEDERAL)
    • Working at least at 2 Federal agencies implementing or support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 - Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor and Performance Management
    • Working with PeopleSoft 9.2 North America Payroll for Federal Government
    • Managing large complex enterprise system migration projects (greater than 25000 users)
    • PeopleSoft HCM development experience- PeopleTools, SQR, Security
    • PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 experience
    • User Acceptance Testing
    • Developing custom PeopleSoft solutions to meet business requirements
    • Business requirements analysis
    • HR LOB operations & procedures
  • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be s and be able to pass the client's background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with any of the following would be a plus:
    • Global and North American payroll applications for the Federal Government
    • PeopleSoft Financials and General Ledger
    • PeopleSoft 9.2 Global Payroll for Federal Government
    • PeopleSoft 9.2 North America Payroll for Federal Government
    • Advanced Payroll Rules creation for Federal Government
    • Federal PeopleSoft Benefits module
    • Federal HCM Shared Services
    • PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrades
    • ETL/Datastage
    • SQL
    • Oracle Database
    • Windows and Unix




Compensation

Competitive salary range of $175K-$210K, based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure and certifications. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
