Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect CPQ / Revenue Cloud / Field Service

Location: Walnut Creek (3days onsite/week)

About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and strong knowledge of Revenue Cloud and Field Service to join our Salesforce practice. This individual will serve as the strategic and technical leader for designing, architecting, and delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation and measurable outcomes for our clients
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design with a focus on CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Field Service implementations.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
  • Serve as the CPQ subject matter expert (SME) guiding discovery, solution design, and delivery teams.
  • Architect data models, system integrations, and automation frameworks to support quoting, billing, and service workflows.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop technical roadmaps, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and reusable solution components.
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems using APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams on solution estimation, design reviews, and client presentations.
  • Establish Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and DevOps pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or similar).
  • Support continuous improvement through enablement, documentation, and mentorship of consultants and developers.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ architecture and implementation experience.
  • Proven track record delivering complex CPQ and Revenue Cloud projects across multiple industries.
  • Deep understanding of Product modeling, Pricing strategies, Advanced Approvals, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with integration patterns, custom development, and AppExchange solutions.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments using Jira or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications:
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist / Advanced CPQ Specialist
  • Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant
  • Revenue Cloud Consultant (preferred)
  • Field Service Consultant (preferred)
  • Platform App Builder or Architect-level certifications
  • Experience with Docusign, Advanced Approvals, Omni Studio, or Revenue Recognition tools.
  • Prior experience in consulting environments serving enterprise clients.
