Overview:
Our client is seeking an entry-level Quality Engineer I to join a Quality Assurance Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead QA representative in cross-functional teams, managing non-conformance processes and product quarantine activities.
- Initiate and track non-conformance reports, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with internal procedures.
- Perform product quarantine tasks including documentation, disposition reviews, and release coordination.
- Conduct audits of manufacturing personnel and processes to ensure adherence to FDA, ISO, and internal standards.
- Analyze audit findings for trends and provide actionable feedback to QA management.
- Lead process improvement initiatives from business case development through implementation, including procedural updates via Change Control.
- Investigate system and process failures, applying statistical and non-statistical tools to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
