Senior to Principal DevOps and Security Engineer / Startup

Job Description A SaaS platform startup that works with influencers is looking to bring on a Senior DevOps Security engineer to join their growing team. Ideal candidates have a strong development background and have extensive experience building infrastructure from the ground up. Proficiency in C++, Java, or Python is preferred, and any public cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) is required. You'll build infrastructure from the ground up, while also acting as the subject matter expert when it comes to application security.

This role is 3 days on-site in Culver City. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years total experience in DevOps
• Strong background with application security (SAST/DAST tooling)
• Experience building Kubernetes clusters from scratch
• Experience building infrastructure from the ground-up
• Proficiency with C++, Python, Java, or OOP language
• Strong communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Startup experience is a big plus
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
