Sr Supply Chain Planner

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Supply Chain Planner, where you will play a crucial role in managing supply for innovative cardiac solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across various business functions while ensuring product availability and meeting inventory targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies to address capacity and production location challenges.
  • Participate in monthly planning cycles, managing capacity views and short-term planning scenarios.
  • Maintain planning systems and optimize master data to ensure efficiency and governance.
  • Create and manage the Master Production Schedule in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics related to service levels and inventory management.
  • Facilitate communication and process improvements among various departments to enhance operational flow.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and serves as the single source of truth.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in supply chain management or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM or Project Management Professional.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and working in regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and work collaboratively in team settings.
