Baer is looking for S4 Hana Program Delivery Director for a 6+ month project located in Boston, MA
Title: S4 Hana Program Delivery Director
Location: Onsite Boston, MA
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of S/4HANA programs across business and IT teams.
  • Provide strategic and hands-on guidance on S/4HANA architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives in supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including CMOs and 3PL providers, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage GxP compliance requirements within S/4HANA implementations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale S/4HANA programs.
  • Deep knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, modules, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of GxP regulations, external manufacturing (ExM), and 3PL supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers (CMOs) and third-party logistics providers.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
