Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-12+ months

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Payroll, HCM Extracts, system integrations, and leading migration projects. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, business process understanding, and the ability to translate functional requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team for Oracle HCM projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure system configurations align with business needs.
  • Manage and coordinate integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
  • Utilize HCM Extract to develop reports, data feeds, and data migration scripts.
  • Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and minimal disruption.
  • Support end-to-end testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Provide functional expertise during upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Train end users and support change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle HCM projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge in:
    • Core HR
    • Talent Management
    • Compensation
    • Benefits
    • Payroll (Oracle HCM Payroll preferred)
  • Experience with HCM Extract for reporting and data migration.
  • Understanding of system integrations with Oracle HCM.
  • Proven experience leading data migration or system implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
