Financial Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Project Manager to oversee and coordinate financial projects within our organization. The Financial Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of financial projects that align with the company s financial objectives including coordinating with Foxconn Tianjin, Mexico and Durham service center to ensure all aspects of each aftersales business project for the flawless execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and forecasting activities and working closely with contracts
- Create financial reports and deliver them to management and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Develop and oversee project budgets and monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Lead financial planning and forecasting activities including quotations
- Participates in cross-group initiatives that aim at improving corporate competitiveness, service quality and cost savings
- Performing other administrative functions as directed by Manager (such as creating presentation slides, spreadsheets, diagrams and service roadmaps to document as needs)
- Business intelligence skills for making recommendations that will improve the financial performance of a company
- Organizational skills for planning, multitasking, and time managing
- Strong mathematics knowledge to make calculations and prepare budgets
- Analytical skills for identifying discrepancies and finding ways to stay within budget
- Problem-solving skills for developing solutions to financial problems
Skill/Knowledge Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be proficient in financial management tools and cost analysis reports and contract negotiation experience
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree or higher in Accounting or Business-related fields
Three to five years of financial project management or related field experience.
