Techncial Writer (Pharma/Insurance Industry)
As a Technical Writer, you'll research, author, publish, and maintain process and user documentation using various tools and methodologies. You'll collaborate with SMEs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop clear, task-level content such as procedures, job aids, and training materials, that support pharmacy operations. This role plays a key part in translating business needs into user-friendly resources, identifying training requirements, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in process or procedural documentation
- Hands-on experience with knowledge management systems and KMS authoring tools (e.g., MadCap Flare)
- Strong knowledge of technical writing, best practices, style guides, and content formatting standards
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and content development skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Capable of quickly learning new technologies and translating them into clear, user-friendly content
- Comfortable working in an audit-sensitive, version-controlled environment with documentation lifecycle management
Preferred:
- Experience with Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) or Information Mapping methodology
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
- Background in healthcare or pharmacy operations is a plus.
