Customer Solutions Representative (Remote - PST Hours)
Employment Type: W2 Contract (1-Year, Possible Extension)
Pay Range: $23-$25/hour (based on experience)
Location: Fully Remote - Candidates must reside in AZ, NV, OR, or WA (must be able to work PST hours)
Overview
We re seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to provide clerical and administrative support for billing operations and customer program management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable managing a high volume of customer data and documentation while ensuring program accuracy and compliance.
This role is fully remote but requires working Pacific Standard Time hours.
Key Responsibilities

Validate customer account information using SAP and internal program databases.

Review incoming applications for accuracy and completeness, including supporting documentation such as model numbers, diagrams, and authorization forms.

Identify missing or incorrect information and coordinate with customers or contractors to resolve issues.

Issue and track service orders for approved applications, ensuring timely completion of installations.

Respond to customer and contractor inquiries regarding application status, eligibility, and scheduling.

Maintain professional and empathetic communication when handling escalations or sensitive requests.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (program management, operations, field technicians) to ensure smooth workflow.

Assist senior team members with administrative reporting and backlog tracking.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to monitor application progress, generate reports, and perform data analysis.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications

Previous experience in billing operations, data validation, or customer program support.

Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Proven reliability and accuracy in high-volume clerical tasks.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MSA application workflows or related systems (e.g., SBP, MAR, PCI).

Background in customer generation, interconnection programs, or utility billing processes.

Understanding of the service order lifecycle and meter installation coordination.
