Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our ERP Support and Transformation initiatives. The role involves managing global ERP operations, guiding offshore teams, and driving the transition from decentralized systems to a unified Oracle Cloud ERP platform hosted on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP support and build teams across geographies, ensuring knowledge transfer and offshore transition.
• Drive ERP transformation from multiple independent systems to a global centralized platform.
• Oversee end-to-end ERP solution delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Customer Experience modules.
• Improve operational efficiency and standardize processes across business units.
• Collaborate with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance.
• Implement governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks for ERP initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders in change management and adoption strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 7 8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and support.
• Strong exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for ERP hosting and optimization.
• Proven success in ERP transformation projects, including offshore transition.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and CX ERP modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred

• PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in global ERP rollouts.
• Knowledge of middleware and integration frameworks.

• Successful transition of support to offshore teams.
• User adoption and satisfaction scores.
• Reduced redundancies across ERP processes.
