Role Name: Support Engineer
Location: Regeneron, 401 TEMPLE LANE, Rensselaer NY12144
Important Note: Resource should work from facility location (No Remote) : (Monday-Friday) 7am -4Pm EST
Job Description:
Scope Activities:
- Complete pending enrolments from bulk rollouts.
- New enrolments
- Incident management (band specific): ASM will cover server monitoring and outage.
- Handle Returns
- Inventory management
- New area rollout (if needed in future)
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical support role.
- Familiarity with wearable devices, authentication systems, or enterprise security solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with client or similar wearable authentication devices is a strong advantage.
- Guide users through the client enrollment process, including initial setup and pairing with devices.
- Verify successful enrollment and authentication for users.
- Provide hands-on support for resolving enrollment issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to client enrollment, connectivity, and authentication.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address integration challenges with enterprise systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or the client technical team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for user queries related to client enrollment.
- Collect and document user feedback to improve the enrollment experience.
- Train users on the proper use and functionality of the client.
- Work with vendor to address recurring band-related issues
- Develop and maintain SOPs, Work instructions, Job-Aids related to the client.
