Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading testing initiatives, particularly in the capital and secondary mortgage markets. This role requires expertise in Java and J2EE programming, automated and manual testing, and the ability to manage medium-sized testing projects. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of Workday Financials, integrations, and security, as well as experience with automated testing tools like Kainos.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage testing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for implementations and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and team members.
• Lead the delivery of Automation Test suite using Kainos.
• Implement and manage automated testing processes and tools.
• Work closely with Kainos teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead, with a focus on Workday Financials.
• Strong expertise in capital and secondary mortgage markets.
• Programming experience in Java and J2EE, particularly in developing and delivering test data tools.
• Strong understanding of automated and manual testing, including Hewlett Packard's ALM (Quality Center) version 11.0 testing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Integrations and Security.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, including Kainos Smart Test and Smartshield.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Workday Financials or related modules.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Pay Range: $75 - $80

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
