About the Role
Do you love turning complexity into clarity and making systems work smarter for the people who rely on them? iSphere is looking for a Senior Business/Data Analyst ready to dive into mission-critical work on the Texas WIC program. This isn t your run-of-the-mill analysis gig. You ll take the lead on understanding, mapping, and improving business processes as the state transitions its Management Information System (MIS) to a modern Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) platform.

From designing UAT test cases to developing training materials, you ll use your expertise to guide major improvements with real-world impact on women, infants, and children across Texas. What You ll Do

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues, providing practical, actionable solutions that keep projects moving

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, coordinating every detail to validate solutions

• Develop training curricula and lead engaging training sessions to ensure users can confidently navigate new systems

• Review and enhance technical instructions, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment with business goals

• Provide insightful feedback on requirements, design documents, and project deliverables to vendor partners and internal teams

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of system dual participation records and user requirements, translating findings into clear recommendations

• Proactively identify risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way

• Track project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule with attention to detail and quality

• Offer top-tier customer service by responding promptly, solving problems creatively, and continuously looking for process improvements

• Guide and support teams with clear explanations, thoughtful communication, and a proactive mindset

• Collaborate closely with state agency and local staff to align testing requirements, training plans, and production enhancements

• Review sprint summaries, provide constructive feedback, and champion continuous improvement

What You Bring to the Table

• 8+ years of experience in each of the following:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex system problems

  • Designing and coordinating effective UAT test cases

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training materials

  • Analyzing user requirements, system records, and technical instructions

  • Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Tracking projects and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality results

  • Providing outstanding customer service by anticipating needs and going the extra mile

• Proven ability to consult with business leads, escalate decisions when needed, and proactively manage project risks

• Strong documentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, user-friendly language

• A customer-first attitude that shines through every interaction

• Solid understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design

Bonus Points For

• Hands-on experience with State WIC programs or WIC Local Agencies knowing the unique challenges of this environment is a huge plus
