Senior C# .NET Full Stack Developer React & AWS
Location:
Fully Remote (U.S. based only)
Rate:
$50/hr (W2 only)
Duration:
6 Months+ (Extension highly likely)
One consultant already extended for 2+ years at Charter Communications.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic team at Charter Communications. This role demands deep expertise in .NET (C#), Web API, React, and cloud-based development, preferably with AWS. The ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering production-ready applications across the full stack in a fast-paced, collaborative, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Full Stack Development:
    Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET (C#) for backend services and React for interactive web frontends.
  • Web API Development:
    Create and manage robust, RESTful Web APIs ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems.
  • Cloud Integration & DevOps:
    Work within AWS cloud environments, utilizing services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, or RDS. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Database Management:
    Write and optimize SQL queries; manage and interact with relational databases effectively for performance and scalability.
  • Agile Collaboration:
    Engage in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and work cross-functionally with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.
  • Performance Tuning & Best Practices:
    Ensure application performance, scalability, and security by adhering to development best practices and design patterns.
  • Continuous Learning:
    Stay current with new technologies and advocate for innovation within the team by proposing tools or improvements to increase delivery velocity and code quality.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in .NET (C#) backend development
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining RESTful Web APIs
  • Proven front-end development skills using React.js
  • Proficiency in SQL: writing, optimizing, and debugging complex queries
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with TypeScript in React projects
  • Exposure to serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda)
  • Familiarity with Unit Testing frameworks and Test Automation
