Location: Miami, FL (local-hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months+
Compensation: $40/45 HR

Description
This position is responsible for oversight of vendor performance, compliance management, and relationship management for IT vendors. Responsible for review and analysis of contract lifecycle and vendor performance. Works in close collaboration with Sourcing, Legal, Finance and the Business Stakeholder(s) to monitor and create efficiency withing the contract lifecycle. Provides monthly vendor performance reports to guide and facilitate strategic initiatives within the Strategic Partnership Office. Acts as a backup for Contract Analyst when needed, to ensure timely execution of contracts. Collaborate with both Shoreside and Shipboard

Responsibilities:

  • 1 Manage overall maintenance and maturity of the IT Vendor Portfolio including developing and implementing process improvements as well as reviewing, updating, and maintaining existing processes. Cascade data literacy, insightful reporting, and user functionality as we improve the design of current BI Dashboards. 35%
  • 2 Work with technical team to design, test and implement dashboards, and look for automation opportunities. Utilize data insights from BI reports to provide recommendations of opportunities, that support business vision and goals. 25%
  • 3 Build strong network of relationships with internal stakeholders to share information about vendor contractual obligations and performance. Troubleshoot issues while acting as point of escalation for any IT Stakeholder-related issues. Facilitate timely problem resolution of issues and disputes to minimize impact of service disruptions. 10%
  • 4 Conduct regular governance meetings with vendors to manage and audit performance and productivity; report the status of contract issues, compliance, and changes to Senior Manager SPO. Monitor monthly metrics (cost, quality of service) and forecasts of all labor contracts for a period-on period analysis, of service delivery to assist with future sourcing strategies, and maintain supplier relationships. Leverage vendor feedback from IT leaders to improve process / quality of vendor service. 20%
  • 5 Acts as primary backup for Contract Analyst. Review incoming IT contract request tickets, process new and existing labor contracts, also act as a liaison between Sourcing, Legal Finance and stakeholders. 10%

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree - Business Degree or Technology related

Experience:
  • 3 years of Data Management, Dashboard Design, Data Analysis, Modeling, and Visualization
  • 3 years Budgeting and working with Financial Software Project Management
  • 3 years Contracting
  • 3 years Reporting and Documentation
  • 3 years Collaborating and working across teams and vendors

Qualifications:
  • KSAs
  • High emotional intelligence, ability to influence and communicate at all levels, a problem solver and understanding of team dynamics.
  • Must be able to adapt to quickly changing situations.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Solid computer skills with advanced skills in MS products (i.e. Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to deal with conflict and collaborate to find solutions escalating when necessary.
  • Must work well in a team environment with the ability to understand impacts and suggest solutions.
