We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM specifically Payroll to support a complex, project-driven EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) workforce. The ideal consultant must be able to bridge functional payroll needs with technical Oracle Cloud capabilities to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across large-scale construction, field, and project-based environments.

- 6+ years of HRIS Payroll experience
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll
- Strong understanding of EPC workforce dynamics, including:
- Craft/union labor
- Project-based work structures
- Site-based pay differentials
- Remote work allowances
- Per diem structures
- Deep functional knowledge of:

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Oracle Fusion Payroll SME, leading configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and execution of payroll processes across regions and legal entities.
- Align Oracle HCM Payroll processes with EPC-specific models including:
- Unionized labor
- Craft labor categories
- Project-based assignments
- Variable pay structures
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Project Controls teams to link payroll components with costing and time tracking tools (e.g., OTL, Primavera P6).
- Configure and maintain:
- Payroll elements
- Fast formulas
- Balance feeds
- Costing rules
- Run types
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and labor regulations for both domestic and international site operations.
- Manage integrations with:
- Time capture systems
- Contract labor platforms
- Equipment tracking
- Financial accounting systems
- Support payroll audits, reconciliations, year-end processes, and reporting using:
- BI Publisher
- OTBI
- Provide end-user support, documentation, training, and UAT assistance during implementation and steady-state operations.
