About the Role


Korn Ferry is partnering with a leading financial services client to identify a talented and experienced Fullstack .NET Developer to join their enterprise technology team. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from one of several key locations across the Southeast.


The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ASP.NET and SQL Server development, experience working in enterprise-scale environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams. This role also requires strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.




Key Responsibilities



  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET and SQL Server.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Support and enhance legacy systems, including mainframe applications, in a hybrid technology environment.

  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and working solutions.

  • Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across enterprise systems.

  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development using ASP.NET and SQL Server.

  • Proven experience in enterprise environments with large-scale databases.

  • Strong collaboration skills, including experience working with offshore development teams.

  • Exposure to legacy and mainframe systems in hybrid environments (preferred).

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

  • Agile delivery experience in cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
