Role:: Business Operations Analyst Senior

• Experience with OneTrust, ProcessUnity or similar platform is nice to have

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities -

• Must have 5+ years of experience.
• Understanding of Third-Party Risk Management and technology risks
• Analyze Enterprise data to independently extract KRIs and KPIs while summarizing results
• Aggregate and prepare data for periodic reporting, adhoc reports, metric reporting
• Draft monthly and quarterly Dashboard materials
• Document and track Vulnerability Incidents and control evidence
• Analyzing Third Party Program requirements independently to be able to propose solutions, identify impacts, risks and issues.
• Establish and maintain strong functional relationships with EO+T partners and stakeholders
• Ability to create and analyze reports in excel and Tableau
• At least 5 years of experience using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas such as xlookups/If, Pivot tables, Graphs), Tableau, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Word, Adobe
• Experience creating power point presentations
• Experience with OneTrust, ProcessUnity or similar platform
• Ability to demonstrate strong initiative
• Capable of identifying and resolving data discrepancies independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
