All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education Prior Job Experience - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems CIS/MIS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training- All candidates will need minimum 3 years experience with IBM WebSphere MQ.- Troubleshoot issues in a complex enterprise environment o Design and implement integration solutions leveraging WebSphere MQ- Knowledge of Windows and Linux a plus- Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems - Must be willing to work varying shifts Day Night Split or weekends Preferred Qualifications- Education Prior Job Experience- Master's degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems CIS/MIS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training- Airline Industry experience Skills Licenses Certifications- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization - Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative team-based environment- Basic understanding of server-to-server communication in a large-scale network
