Eli Lilly and Company seeks an Engineer (R3-R4) to support asset delivery, process development, commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup of parenteral manufacturing processes and equipment. Provide technical support for parenteral drug product manufacturing, formulation, and cleaning and sterilization processes. Oversee development and execution of strategies for validation of production equipment and systems, including parts washers, autoclaves, formulation, filling, and controlled temperature units. Provide technical support for root cause investigations related to process equipment. Analyze manufacturing data using statistical principles to identify trends, process disruptions, and opportunities for continuous improvements. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with process engineering for pharmaceutical manufacturing systems. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with parenteral systems, including sterilization and sterilizing-grade filtration solutions; 5 years of experience with drug or biological product formulation; 5 years of experience with process optimization and implementing and troubleshooting production processes and equipment; 3 years of experience with supporting installation, operational, and performance qualification activities; and 2 years of experience with deviation and change management systems, including Trackwise. Up to 15% domestic and international travel required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$133,579

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
