What you get to do:

  • Serve as the primary owner of the Zendesk platform, managing performance, customization, and stakeholder support.

  • Configure and maintain workflows, triggers, automations, and integrations with internal tools and CRM systems.

  • Conduct regular audits, drive platform optimization, and lead implementation projects.

  • Analyze Zendesk performance data to identify opportunities for support efficiency and user experience improvements.

  • Lead user training sessions and ensure internal stakeholders follow best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Customer Support, Business Technology) to troubleshoot issues and enhance functionality.

  • Stay current on Zendesk updates and industry trends to proactively guide platform evolution.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Zendesk Administrator with hands-on configuration and optimization of the platform.

  • Strong technical background in system integrations (APIs, webhooks, CRMs).

  • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex Zendesk issues.

  • Experience analyzing data and generating performance reports to drive insights and decisions.

  • Ability to manage user permissions and maintain platform security.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership of tasks and projects from concept to completion.

  • Zendesk certifications a plus.
