Job Details
Data Architecture & Design
- Develop and maintain the data architecture strategy, including models, standards, and governance.
- Design scalable, high-performance data solutions (data lakes, warehouses, databases, etc.).
- Ensure data structures support business and analytics needs.
Data Management & Integration
- Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple internal/external sources.
- Establish and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring data quality and availability.
- Partner with Data Engineers and Analysts to streamline data flows.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work with IT, BI, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to align on data strategy.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data teams.
- Recommend tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities.
- Monitor data usage and ensure adherence to security best practices.
