Our healthcare client in Scottsdale, Arizona is looking to engage a local Data Specialist to join their team in a 12 + month contract capacity as they undergo a Workday implementation. This hybrid position would begin immediately.
The Data Specialist will be responsible for data analysis, integration, migration, validation, and troubleshooting to enable system launch.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years experience with data analysis, ETL, and reporting
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, data mapping tools
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
