Job Details

Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify and manage the business requirements needs of the project. He/she will also participate in the testing, implementation and support phases of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting requirement gathering team meeting with business users and technical team and capture the requirements and use cases.
  • Collecting and interpreting data to identify business trends and insights.
  • Detailed documentation preparation for requirements, use cases, ERD, functional, non- functional requirements.
  • Assisting with the development and validation of business cases for new projects or improvements.
  • Facilitating communication between stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
  • Participating in the design or modification of business systems or IT systems.
  • Interacting with business leaders to understand their challenges and objectives.
  • Support in analysis, modeling, and other quantitative techniques as needed to answer business questions and evaluate business issues and objections.
  • Assisting in the prioritization of business requirements and defining project scope and objectives.

Qualification

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn business processes
  • Competency to learn new software tools
  • Organize and interpret data
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
